Customer Service / Inside Sales - Posted 11/5/2008
Customer Service is responsible for providing quality customer care and responding to all customer inquiries in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. This customer service position sells our screen, glass, window and door products and services to customers in our showroom and through incoming telephone calls.
This customer service position is responsible for inside sales, basic estimating, pricing, and customer service. They also accept “over the counter” orders, take screen frame measurements, price materials, and complete work order forms. Customer service prepares price quotes for residential and commercial customers and follows-up on jobs quoted.
We will train you, but to qualify, you must have excellent customer service skills and good skills with Internet and Windows based programs. Construction industry or hardware retail sales experience a plus. Prior call center or customer service experience helpful.
High School diploma or equivalent required. College a plus. Must have basic computer knowledge and be familiar with Microsoft Word. Microsoft Excel experience is helpful. Successful applicant will be reliable, enthusiastic, courteous, and motivated. Full and Part Time Positions available.

(Microsoft Office required; FileMaker Pro and AutoCad a plus)
The Estimator/Project Manager produces price quotes and follows-up on jobs quoted for installation of windows, doors, frameless showers and mirrors. The projects may be for residential, commercial, and/or government customers. The Estimator/Project Manager will manage their accounts from initial contact, to measuring, estimating and installation; also responsible for providing quality customer care and responding to all customer inquiries in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
