I recently had a new sliding screen door installed and rollers changed on my glass sliding door. These doors have been a problem for years, and I have spoken to several people, contractors, & handymen. No one was able to fix it or offer a viable economical solution for fixing it, citing the fact that these doors are obsolete and can not be serviced. I came across your company at the 2009 Remodeling Home Show and scheduled an appointment to have an estimate done. All aspects of contact with your company were excellent. Follow up, responsiveness, and communication, were professional and courteous, from the receptionist who answers your phones to the estimator (Pete), customer service representative (Burt) and the installers (Pete & Kalehi). I was also impressed at the precautions your staff takes when taking credit card info and the policy they follow to destroy the documents after processing the credit card info. I never experienced these safety precautions with other contractors I have used in the past. It is indeed a sign of a well-managed company. Customer service and contact were excellent and I will highly recommend your company to anyone. I had an estimate done by another window/door contractor...who never bothered to answer my email or respond to questions I had. Needless to say, it has been very refreshing dealing with the people from your company who provide service at the other end of the spectrum. I am very pleased with the quality of the work that was done; the doors have not functioned this smoothly ever since I first purchased this townhouse eleven years ago. Your crew did an excellent job. You have a very well run and managed company and I wanted to take the time to commend you for the job well done by your staff.
